How your data is used

What your account keeps
Your email, a hashed password, the goals you choose, your hypnosis test result, the guide's suggestion for next time, and a short summary and the text conversation of each session (after you acknowledge this before starting). That is how the guide can pick up where you left off.
What we don't keep
Raw microphone recordings. Text conversations are kept for continuity after you acknowledge this use before your next session.
Who processes your answers
What you say goes through our own voice service, and your answers are sent to an AI model provider, OpenAI, to write the guide's replies. Leave out anything you don't want processed.
Email and password
Your email address is not verified, and there is no password reset. If you lose your password, you can't get back into the account.
Deleting
You can view or delete conversations, clear remembered goals, or delete your account in Your account. Deleting a conversation also removes newer sessions that used its memory, to avoid keeping derived personal details. Encrypted daily backups may keep deleted data for up to 7 days; deletion records are reapplied before a restore is served.
The beta
For adults 18 and over, with daily usage limits. GodHelm App is a wellbeing practice, not medical treatment or help in an emergency. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
